Assessment Center Prep is a very professional and well thought out business. The lay out of information is spot on. I can honestly say the videos and role plays were perfect. It was like they looked right into my department to put this information together. All the information that was supplied and spoken about I feel anyone would find helpful in preparing for the testing process. There was always positive professional support especially during the one on one video interaction. I do feel truly thankful for taking advantage of this program.

The videos and worksheets provided an excellent background to the testing process. The dimensions were covered in great detail throughout each portion solidifying the importance and forcing relation to what is needed per situation. I had the pleasure of working with Chief Gaffney. I thought I had a grasp on the tactical / interpersonal aspect of the testing process but Chief Gaffney was able to point out multiple different angles of which I did not account for. Chief Gaffney answered all my questions that arose from the material provided and assisted me in depth by breaking down each response I gave to the scenarios we worked through.

It was our fire departments first assessment center process, and I did not know where to begin. I was vested in studying, and turned to assessment center prep for help. I scored very high on the written exam, and with the help of assessment center prep I had the second highest assessment center score for our department. Because of assessment center prep, I moved to number one on the fire Lt. promotional list. The greatest part of assessment center prep is that when I set for my departments assessment center, it did not feel like my first time.
