As a recently promoted Deputy Fire Chief, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Chief Freddie and Chief Johns for the Fire Assessment Center Prep course. I purchased the Get Promoted Success Kit option and found it very helpful. There’s a lot more to an Assessment Center than answering questions off the cuff. Understanding the dimensions they’re scoring and being prepared for the various exercises clearly puts you at a huge advantage over other candidates who are not similarly prepared. Everyone seems to focus on the tactical exercise but there are points to be made and loss in all of the exercises. My previous position was a fire inspector, so I had my head buried in code books. This preparation program improves you as an officer on the street as well as candidate for promotion. It’s very comprehensive and provides the insight needed to succeed at an Assessment Center format. My advice: invest in yourself, you’ll be glad you did!

I first subscribed in 2016. And I did not get promoted at that time. The next promotional exam I took are utilized many of the The principles tactics and information that I obtained from the 2016 purchase. I scored number one on the promotional list and would recommend fire assessment center prep to anyone

Chief Fitzgerald was fantastic. Without FACP I would not have achieved a great assessment score. The feedback provided in the coaching sessions was invaluable.

Found my time with Chief Gaffney to be extremely valuable. He reinforced my strengths and helped me improve on my weaknesses. I am confident going into my assessment that the training and the effort will show in my rating.

I had the pleasure of working with Chief Gaffney. He is great at what he does, he was able to point out issues that i was having trouble with and gave a different viewpoint that helped me. I am very confident that this program will help me in my assessment center.
