I recently worked with Chief Vanhoy and could not be happier with my experience. The program Chief Freddie and company have put together is excellent and the one-on-one training I received from Chief Vanhoy exceeded my expectations. Chief Vanhoy was knowledgeable, patient, and gave me tons of positive and negative feedback to take with me and work on. The material challenged me and the feedback was insightful. I'm very satisfied with the training.

Chief Vanhoy went above and beyond to assist in my progression and understanding of what it takes to prepare for the assessment center. He went over our slotted times each meeting until he was confident I felt comfortable with the material. know matter what happens in the next step of our promotions I know and feel confident that he has done his job in getting me ready to take the step. I have been thoroughly impressed with the whole program, including the one-on-one work with experienced mentors in my promotional testing process. I worked with Chief Vanhoy, who provided concise, meaningful instruction, critique and feedback. While the initial program cost may be off-putting, you really do recieve a quality program.

I found the material to provide a pathway to effectively prepare for a Company Officer promotional exam. By using this prep course I was able to secure a place of second in a 10 person roster for promotional eligibility. I'm very happy with the help I have received and the one on one coaching.

I greatly appreciate the training seminars, online curriculum, and individual coaching from Fire Assessment Center Prep. All materials were very helpful in my preparation for my promotional assessment. The only reason that I did not rate 5 star across the board was that the actual Presentation assessment differed slightly from the format that was presented in training and that the cost is still very high. Worth it for most, but expensive none the less.
