I have sent several emails to the install department as well as to Bob our salesman regarding missing parts to our pool we purchased and still have not received a reply.
I absolutely love everything I have ever purchased from Family Leisure. The quality is always top notch. And the staff is always so friendly and willing to help with any thing I need. Thank You Family Leisure for always going above & beyond.
Absolutely the worst experience and would have taken my business elsewhere if I knew they are super slow at pool installs. When we purchased they told us that they have several crews who knock out 50 pools a week. Lie! They don’t even work on Saturdays. I also find it very appalling that the salesman doesn’t even recall a 16 minute conversation that he had with me a week ago. We purchased a pool in December and will be lucky to have it installed by July. You can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they pretend that they don’t remember you. I will never use them again for any outdoor needs.
