My wife and I bought a new air conditioner unit in late June of 2020. The sales representative explained if we bought the furnace also there would be a better deal. He told us we would get a preventive maintenance package with it. Last winter was to early to use it, so this year they came by. Everything checked out great. Received a bill in the mail for 120.00. Called the office and was told, you don't have a maintenance package. Not sure if this was a ploy used by the sales team but we are not happy
