Save your money and find someone else IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have had several service people come visit and they come and leave the place the way the found it. This operation not only dragged my old furnace over my carpet and left stains, bolts nuts and screws were left in my driveway. They left crap everywhere. Now we could have called but we just picked up after them and moved on. But 15 months later we have water coming out of the furnace and believe it is an installation issue. Called to ask them to come check it out and oh it will be a 95 service charge. Really?!?! I have never talked to a service guy with so little respect. Now I will tell you that I am 55 and this is the VERY FIRST time I have ever written a review... SO TAKE MY WORD AND DO NOT HIRE THIS OPERATION!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
And oh if you go to the BBB you will find this review .... Just shows you how horrible they are to work with. If you want to work with an operation that does shoddy work and then argues with their customers, then please give them your money....
Stay away!! Seriously gouged me on a furnace repair. Was at my home to look at a down furnace. Found the igniter was bad on a carrier 8000 furnace. Part lists on Amazon and other locations for high end 21.95. He was on site for about 20 minutes max. Charged us $500.00 obviously taking advantage of our situation. Keep away! Scum bag sheister!

Service call, also did furnace cleaning and tune up, also fixed electrical lines to ignitor. Was not a simple 5 min call. Also customer agreed to the charges. Also it has a warranty thru us for this. Advertising is not cheap. People need to look at all the angles now. Not just the part price on internet. So all the schooling, trucks, gas, warehouse space and insurance should be on the house? Start your own heating company. You will see. Could have simply paid the service call and did themselves since it's only a $25 part.
