Dr. Michael Thomas is a renowned neurosurgeon and researcher who has earned over 20 years of surgical experience. Dr. Thomas earned a B.A. in Biology from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, before enrolling in medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Subsequently, Dr. Thomas completed his residency in neurosurgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Schneider's Children's Hospital and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In 2001, Dr. Thomas was awarded his board-certification in neurosurgery from the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Thomas works at Orthopedic & Laser Spine Surgery, where he specializes in complex spinal pathology, including spinal tumor resection and spinal trauma.
