STAY AWAY! Ordered a new garage door on May 12th and it took 3 months to come in only for it to be the wrong door. The tech installed the door and left without checking with us because it was very obvious that it was the wrong door. Door Systems then had to order the correct door which took another 3 months to come in. So, be prepared to wait half a year to get the correct garage door installed after ordering. For all of the inconvenience of the additional 3 months and an additional install they went ahead and charged us...FULL PRICE! Payment is also a profit center because they hit you up for another 3.5% if you want to pay with anything other than a check, money order, wire transfer, or telegram. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST or it will cost you your money and your time!
