What a disappointment! I took my girl for her 13th birthday to get a mani/pedi, and first of all they kept up separate practically the entire time which was very upsetting. She has only gotten her nails done a couple of time and needed help, but they had her at the other side of the salon. They showed inappropriate R rated movies while we were there and there were younger girls than mine present. To top it all off the quality of the work done was just awful! They didn’t even trim our cuticles, the small heart I asked for is jacked up and you can still see the previous nail polish in the pedicure. The acrylics are already lifting. We went in on 1/27/23 and this review is being written on 1/30/23. Do not go to Kim, she is so rude! Verbally scoffed at me when I asked for my nails to be shortened, and rushed through as fast as she could. For almost 3 hours and $300 for two mani/pedis I expected much better, don’t waste your time/money!
