I was under a time crunch. Before even making a purchase I was able to speak with someone about a purchase, the shipping time, and how quickly it would be shipped out. After making the purchase, they confirmed with me receipt of the order and that the order would be shipped out same day with tracking numbers being provided that afternoon with happened as described. Great experience, great product and supper fast shipping.

Molding piece for post appeared to be pre-cut, which was not the case. However, I cut the molding to fit around the porch post to make it work.

The order page had this item listed as in stock, estimated to leave within 2-3 business days. It took 10 days to receive tracking. Once that was received, the carrier changed delivery dates 3 times. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I contacted the carrier and was told it would be another business day or more before they were able to get it to me. I ended up having to drive over an hour away and pick the order up myself from the warehouse and deliver to my jobsite. This caused a serious delay to my project schedule.

I needed a hard to find part for my deck. Danny was able to locate the part through the manufacturer and special ordered it for me. Although it was a small order he went the extra mile and made me feel like it was just as important as if i was spending thousands of dollars. Thank you !!!
