I purchased four of the Accents Aluminum Post Skirt by Fortress for my pergola posts. The inner adaptor piece of this product was critical in achieving a fit for all 4 posts. Two posts had metal plates around the cedar to contend with, while the other two did not, due to the patio pavers. The first two used no adapter, while the second two used two sides (1 adapter piece of two) only. This provided a tight, good looking fit for all posts. Fast shipping. $100 for the solution but better than me trying to custom make a solution.
