Great vibe, great coaches, all the equipment needed, clean, great parking, affordable!!! What else can I say? I would recommend UFC Mamaroneck to anyone looking to get in shape, reach personal goals, learn Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, or just new fitness techniques , or train for a fight or other sport. Personally I have back issues and the team at UFC Mamaroneck worked with me to get in shape , strengthening my core, and ultimately feel better then I have in 20 years.
