I’d had a day of travel that included plane 1.5 hrs late, had to run 25 gates-make a turn and run another 5 gates to catch my connecting flight. Arrived in St Augustine and went to baggage claim at 530p. Luggage was on conveyor belt and many travelers grabbed their bags and left. Conveyor stopped and I thought that my luggage had not made it on the flight. The bag check ran the numbers and yes they made it -ground crew just slow with unloading. Finally bags began to arrive on conveyor belt. From the time I arrived in St Augustine until my driver met me outside bag claim, he stayed in contact with me and was vey helpful.
