We are having a nightmare experience with this company. The entire process has been like pulling teeth and a complete disaster. I am supposed to move in next week after 3 months of them "renovating." (We were approved to start work on 6/21 and today is 9/19). We've asked a number of higher-ups to step in to help manage and no one seems to be keeping tabs on the project. Genuinely feels like we're in this alone. Unbelievably unhappy. UPDATE: Our apartment was presented to us in shambles as our "finished bathroom" after three (3) months of work. Craftsmanship is scary. Damaged our custom built ins, floors, etc. The apartment was apparently cleaned and ready for move in. (It's covered in dust.) Forced to stay in a hotel since it's not livable. Kitchen still not ready. DO NOT HIRE. Save yourself the tears, headache and money. Huge mistake for my family.
