Horrible customer service. Horrible prices. Horrible people running the company. Horrible technician support. Horrible all around. Company doesn't care about you or your family only thier wallets. Peterman will upsell you in every way they can. Peterman doesn't worry that you don't have the money don't worry there is financing to put you more in debt. I wouldn't have this company in my house unless I had a plan of burning it down with them in it. Don't use Peterman unless you are willing to bend over a table for them and let them have their way.
