Unfortunately we had a bad experience with garage door dr and I wrote a negative review. Immediately Doug the Vice President contacted me and wanted to make things right. He was super nice and went above and beyond what we expected. The techs were awesome and very professional. It was so refreshing to see how much this company valued their customers. The response was amazing and we will definitely be calling them for any garage door related issues. Thank you again for all your help in this matter. We are 100% satisfied customer.
