Customer service is the utmost importance... n Klik clicks in this aspect. - corresponded with Dona couple of times.... and she's pretty helpful... and actually light heartedly funny. This is refreshing bcoz u feel like u are talking to a real human..... or a friend. Online purchase is my thing now... and I've received pretty standard replies fr. some Brands and they take aeons to reply... my purchase with them was the last. l don't think anyone expects royal treatment but honesty and sincerity are really cool
