If I could leave a zero I would. I called a week in advance to confirm my daughters appointment and the girl I spoke to said it was confirmed. Then I get an email Friday saying appointment was canceled because I didn’t confirm. When I called after receiving that in an email I was told there was nothing they can do and I would be out on a wait list. I did everything to ensure that appointment was confirmed because of its importance and then was told that it was probably a girl that just quit and there no manager, supervisor, or lead there I could speak to
