I do not recommend this place.i placed my account on hold and they agreed, they told me to call them when I wanted them to start back up. Went months without being charged. Then out of the blue they took money out of an account I didn’t even give them. That made me cancel my account with them and they still took money out of my account the following I had to report them to consumer affairs and my bank to get refunded. This place is a scam.

I was so excited to start with continental on the road to buying a house and fixing my credit ! I am disappointed to say the least for 6 months now they have been taking my money and haven’t done a single thing and when I asked why and proof of services they have to call you back to speak with a supervisor. I asked why haven’t my hard inquiries been worked on and they told me I didn’t approve that who in the world wouldn’t approve that must be easy to just have clients send over 80 a month and not have to do anything for it what a joke of a company.

It’s been a short time since I’ve started working with Crystal Valdez. By far, she’s a valuable resource to loan originators and borrowers. I currently have two leads and she has provided excellent information and attentive to detail. She’s my to go person.

I've had a good experience with continental credit in Purcell, they have helped me establish credit & are always helpful when i call in to inquire about anything.

Kayla is Amazing services, very kind and patient and gave me a fast accurate responses. I immediately felt comfortable. She able to take away the late fee for me. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Kayla do an amazing job.
