We live in a home that was treated with so much loving care and feel extremely blessed that Wesley and his team were the ones to do the job! The attention to every detail is just incredible. We moved into the home without even having to clean, vacuum, or dust. Spotless in every single corner. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team!

Chad Judge and everyone at Colorado All Cash made selling my house so easy. I told them how much I need to get for my home and that is exactly what they paid for it. Great to work with. I know some of these companies are not honest but Colorado All Cash is. I even took their paperwork to my lawyer to go over before I signed anything. He said it was all on the up and up. In the end you will go through a legitimate title company that Coldwell uses too. Highly recommended. Ask for Chad, a really nice and honest person to work with.

Me and my brother inherited our mom's house and didn't want to deal with it bceause it was a big headache. It was filled with stuff and needed lots of repairs., but they handled all of that for us. We didn't have to move her stuff out or clean or anything. They made the whole thing very stress free and easy

I thought what they were offering was too good to be true...but it wasn't! They did everything they said they would do and helped me so much. I needed to relocate for work and couldn't afford all the repairs my house needed and didn't have time to list it with a realtor. Colorado Al Cash closed on my house in 5 days and I couldn't believe it! I am SO thankful for Judge and Ed and the rest of the team. They are AWESOME!

I was 1 week from my house being foreclosed and but this company saved me. They stopped the foreclosure and paid me cash for my house. I'm so relieved and I can put all that stress behind me now. I would HIGHLY recommend them
