I really like the gym but I miss a few things we used to enjoy at She's Fit. Such as a separate room in which to stretch or workout on my own. Also now that She's Fit has located so much further away, I can't ride my bike there anymore, plus I feel weird driving there, which means I am not getting to the gym very often.

Hydro beds break down a lot and seem to take time to fix My trainer was great All staff very pleasant and helpful.

My rating of Club 16 would be better if all equipment was in working order (e.g. She's Fit treadmill, hydromassage bed -usually only one is working). Also, I noticed that some areas of the facility needed dusting - maybe cleaning needs to be more frequent. AND, I am most annoyed that some Club members bring bags, purses and coats into the gym and staff do not bother checking this. Leaving these items on the floor is a big safety hazard. On a positive note, the trainers are really, really good!

POSITIVES (for me): • Friendly people • good atmosphere • new equipment • lots of space • overall very clean • great change room NEGATIVES (for me): • location further away (tough to walk there and back) • mostly can’t see outside • bathroom on different floor than workout space • spin bikes in She’s Fit circuit are tough to get on and off
