The music being played downstairs is not welcoming at all, a lot of rap type geared to young adults , I have complained & been told it’s controlled by head office.

2 of us are members--Ann & Lee Harris. It is interesting that you are asking for feedback because I (Ann) sent a letter to the manager in early Feb. about some concerns and have had no acknowledgement. which was very disappointing not to mention unprofessional. I will send a reply to the e-mail and attach the letter. I would like to have a conversation with someone about it. I did not mention in the letter but you have to do something about cellphone etiquette in the gym. It is very frustrating to wait for apparatus while someone is checking their messages etc. In the ladies section members often use the benches as a place to sit while they check messages, etc. Would love to hear from you. What does "timeliness" mean in your survey.

I am extremely happy the club extended their hours on the weekend to 7 pm - this makes a huge difference! Thank you for listening to your members!

I am not very happy with the lack of professionalism from some of your staff! Two Saturday mornings two weeks apart your staff was 25 mins. Late opening the facility! Also, my husband fell on some equipment. No staff members came to help! I found that appalling!

Wish the ladies room was better organized. It needs a better designated area for stretching. Some days I’m laying between machines with woman on them. Starting to feel crammed with stuff now you have added the TRX system :-/
