There are too many staff members standing out front chatting among themselves and playing with their cell phones. How about bullshit and surf less to do some work for the patrons such as: cleaning the machines machines, organizing the weights, clear the floor of weights, ensure all supplies for the customers are fully stocked. Your Burnaby location is too dark, turn some lights on and do some maintenance on the machines.

the experience and quality of equipment is very good at Club 16. I wish there was a larger stretching and warm up area as this area is used for multipurposes and gets very crowded at times.

My experience so far is excellent. I’m really glad that this club arrived here because we needed it so badly. However, your hours of operation are too short. When I want to go to the gym. Your closed!! U need to open up your hours so I can go when I am able to at the end of my day and any day of the week like other clubs that are open til late. That would help and make a huge difference

Like it overall, price is right, just wish there was better use of the space, seems like a lot of wasted space and its very noticeable when the place is busy

I am extremely impressed with the value I get for my membership. The equipment is top notch. The cleanliness is excellent. The staff seem friendly and do not impose themselves on the members. My only complaint is with some members who use the machines only as comfortable seats to text or view or use their I-phones thereby preventing the use of the machines by members who really are there to work out. Maybe these individuals should go to the seating area at the front entrance to do their non-workout activities!! Other than that ---a great facility and Trevor Lindens Club 16 is one I promote to all my friends and family members.

Enjoy the clean facilities and great equipment. I would recommend just one person to circulate and help people with either the equipment or any help required to individual's on the floor. So many people get hurt doing the wrong moves( i understand you can pay for trainers) lots of staff hanging at the front desk
