The products are more affordable than any other source I could find on the internet. Shipping was slow due to COVID, but they were up front about this, which helped manage expectations.

I didn't like that my credit card was charged before the product was shipped to me. I was told that you charge a card when you are notified by the manufacturer that the product is shipped to you. I don 't feel a customer should be charged until; the product is shipped. In my opinion that's not a very good business practice.
