The worst experience that I have ever had with a service organization. My last review didn't go through to my email or was blocked because of how I described this shop. Basically the shop manager / owner was notified that they didn't finish an left some things off. He then flew off the handle, yelling and screaming, acting like a 5 year old. It was totally embarrassing, not for me but for the shop the way he was yelling and carrying on, it was quite the absurd scene. Nevertheless, I took the car to another shop, it literally took 10 minutes and they never charged me for what CARSTAR charged me to complete. I have taken multiple company vehicles to them over the past 10 years and never had been treated this way. I will never again take my car to the CARSTAR in Lenexa, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know.
