The first day, I had my conversation with Kanika after I finished talking with their sales team. It was a software designed to deliver and manage healthcare services. Kanika, from the very first conversation got the idea behind the software and helped me align the test process with the requirements. Right from the usability tests to functionality, performance, and creating the perfect user experience, the team was on point.
