I bought a 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 from a salesman by the name of Perry I got my own financing they did nothing I did all the work after I got it home I noticed it had a cracked windshield the front bumper had a long crack in it paint issues flaking. I'd never suggest this Dealership to anyone.
The salesman must of been new and didnt know s*** about the truck whatsoever, I asked for a car-fax 3 different times never received one so I went to the car-fax web site and paid for one out of my pocket.
It's been 2 months since I bought the truck still have not seen title I'm going up to the SOS when there done getting their up to date new computer systems.
I wouldn't go to this dealership also I found out they changed names from Buff Whelan to Sarah Whelan.

I was told this by a Manager I cant confirm because I dont work their and never did I'm a consumer only but I'm assuming this to be true I'm keeping the Manager's name out of this review due to fear of him/her getting fired due to tax issues aswell as the state of michigan (BAR) the Bureau of Automotive regulatory services unit that handles complaints.
Buff had 168 complaints in a 3 month span, they lost all their licenses Dealer as well as tax licences and was fined $ 450,000.00 also the Federal government is looking into tax evasion,
That is the reason of the name change to Sarah Whelan Chevrolet.
again this was told to me by a Manager that works for the dealership I'm keeping his/her name out of this review due to being afraid of being fired.
Do not do business with this company they lie, cheat aswell, as outher issues.
My advice is to move on to a different Chevrolet dealership.
I hope this helps people out to make the right decisions and choices before buying a vehicle from Buff/Sarah Whelan Chevrolet.
