Overall their professionalism was impressive. They showed an excellent knowledge of the equipment and answered all questions I had regarding operation. The only problem we had was with their promptness in arriving. I will say however that they stayed until the job was finished even though they had to deal with rain during installation.

The sales rep, Amber was very knowledgeable about requirements for city code, etc. She did a very thorough job on our quote. The electricians and plumbers did a superb job and left me a very neat and professional installation. Justin the tech, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to answer any questions, and did a very thorough job on the start up and explanation of the generator functions. Extremely happy with this investment and Blackout Generator.

I wanted a Generac home generator. Blackout called me to set up a time, we met, I was told to run the whole house get a 26,000 unit. That was GREAT as I didn't know. Blackout has constantly been in touch about when the installation would happen. I would ONLY go through them!!!
