Bitterroot Dental

Just went in today for a pulpal debridgement. I have no insurance and yet had to pay the full amount before the procedure (which was fine). The doctor stopped half way through the procedure because the anesthetic was no longer working and I was in a lot of pain. The doctor chose not to continue and referred me to someone else. I let the front desk ladies know (who were rude) and they would not refund me for anything even though the doctor did not complete the task. So I paid $300 cash just for the doctor to put a giant hole in my tooth and leave infected pus in my tooth. Not only that, but the doctor would work on my tooth then stop to go help out another patient. If you’re the only doctor in the building why have appointments scheduled at the same time? It was a lot of him walking in and out of the room which made me feel not important as a patient. He would drill into my tooth a bit, walk out, go help another patient, and then come back in 10 minutes. It was very unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone. It’s crazy though because I read the reviews of this place and they seemed really great (which is why I chose to come here) but it was not as it seemed. I hope that this was not a racial matter
