BECKER FRANKLIN ROVANG, PLLC WASHINGTON INJURY AND ACCIDENT ATTORNEYS Andy Becker, Steve Franklin, and Dave Rovang comprise the premier personal injury law firm of Becker Franklin Rovang, PLLC in Kitsap County, and handle cases throughout Washington State. Our primary office is in Port Orchard. Together, our three attorneys have 82 years of cumulative experience, including millions of dollars in settlements, arbitration awards, and verdicts for their clients. Andy, Steve, and Dave exclusively represent accident victims against insurance companies to obtain fair compensation for their client’s injuries and damages. You will not find advertisements for Becker, Franklin, Rovang, PLLC on the radio or TV. Their clients come to them through referrals from current and former clients and other lawyers who know the quality of their hard work and their history of successes. The firm is small, but utilizes the latest technology to great effect. The three attorneys have extensive litigation experience including jury trials, mediation, arbitration, pro tem judging, insurance defense, criminal trial work, and military service as a Navy JAG Officer.
