- we love the knife set, they are sharp and they sharpen easily. One of the knives has started to rust and this concerns me. rust grows, and I am concerned about it becoming to rusty to use. have you had this problem We hand wash and dry each knife immediately after use, so the blade must have had a defect in the first place. do you want it back to inspect, and replace it with a new one?
