Horrible experience, never got to ever see the doctor or get a ultra-sound. But waited in the waiting room for over 4 hours with three separate appointments. My 1st visit I was scheduled at 9:00 am, the time the office opens, along with three other people. Three people - same appointment time. I waited for over an hour and half before I was called up to the window to inform me that they never received my referral from my PCP and could not see me so I was re-scheduled a week later. Second appointment I waited over an hour past and told them I could not wait any longer. Third visit I arrived early prior to my appointment, like all the other times before and waited over and hour and then I just walked out. I could have stayed until whenever time they could squeeze in the ultra-sound, but I thought to myself, do I really want to have this same experience every single time I come to this office. I never got to see Dr. Sharma, I was only there to get an ultra-sound. So if you hate having 2:30 appointments where you are still waiting there until 3:45, try another doctor or perhaps another office location. This office does not respect people or their time.
