My nephew went here and came home with a black eye last month! Neither the teacher nor director had the same story as to what happened! When asked about the camera footage I was told they didn’t have access to then come back Monday and see the cameras being changed! The teacher my nephew had wouldn’t even talk to my sister to explain to her what happened along with the unsettling email we were notified of that a teacher wrote about the 1 year teacher displaying both physical and mental abuse to 1 year olds! The director did nothing about this she actually fired the teacher who showed concern! Which is another reason to find a safer option for your kids! As well as constant sickness, diaper rashes from not changing the kids consistently, always a new scratch or bruise overall this is not the safest option if your kid can’t talk and tell you exactly what’s happening to them!

Horrible people! Allow your child to be abused and do nothing about it! Ms. Rowell the one year old teacher should not be working with children! She yanks them by the arm! Slams them down! Watches your child cry and get hurts and says that’s what they get! Why work with children if that’s not what you want to do!! Ms. Denson and Mr. Fitz allow it! As long as your child doesn’t go home with bruises they don’t care!

Ms. Rowell is a one year old teacher here and feels like she can yank kids by the arm! Slam them on Matt’s! Be verbally and physically abusive to the kids and nobody does or says anything! Ms. Denson and Mr. Fitz allow it! My child came home with a black eye and nobody had the same story on how it happened! Refused to show me camera footage! They also had a teacher come forward and report the abuse and they fired her for it! Trust them if you want! All the teachers are paid under the table and they can’t keep employees. I wonder why? Shame on them for allowing all the abuse that goes on behind the scenes! Just because kids aren’t coming home with bruises doesn’t mean they aren’t being abused!

I had such a wonderful experience with everyone involved!!! As a first time mom there was a lot of things I was nervous and unsure of and they answered anything and the way they talk is very respectful and nice ! I felt comfortable everyday that my daughter was in a safe learning environment. They know what they are doing and do it well !

So glad I found APlus!! For a first time mom, everything makes you nervous, and choosing the right school was made so simple upon my first visit. I have seen a tremendous change in my son’s social skills, vocabulary and structure they implement on a daily- I’m forever grateful!
