This time May 28th, 2022 a older woman was doing my nails, she said any issues she'll fix it for me, after arguing with me to clean underneath the free edge of my nail. I asked this older lady who was doing my nails, to make the nail symmetrical & to please remove the extra paint off my skin she proceeded to tell me she won't fix my nails again if I ask and proceeded to drill over my skin which caused a hole in my skin, you can see down to where the nail hasn't grown up & out yet.. valentines Day 2018 I had "Johnny" do my nails who was incredibly rude he was impatient and I hit my nail he fix it 2 times using 2 different colors , he said he won't fix it for me again, he said he wanted to go home the whole time, he told me not to ask fro him next time I come. He puts on his things to leave and as soon as a white woman came in with her daughter he gave her them service I wish I had received. He was polite and kind right after yelling at me and saying he was leaving.it was extremely embarrassing because another customer felt the need to apologize me and ask was I okay.. my finger nails looked HORRIBLE, took these nail pics are after I got home. They looked weeks old, This is their 3rd strike with me 2 infected toes and embarrassment I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
