For $330 we had an agent here for 5 minutes. He didn’t explain what he was doing in-depth and left us with a 7 second YouTube video showing our cable line. It’s now been six weeks and the Ants are back and very noticeable in areas he didn’t mention. It took one quick walk around the property to find a large problem area that was never treated. I called to get more information and the only thing that can be done is another $120 service. When I mentioned the ants were back in the house the man on the phone stated “I know what you’re trying to do” in a threatening tone implying that we are lying or trying to get more out of their service. Just overall an expensive and ineffective service along with a very unprofessional and rude customer service experience.

I own a rental house and the tenants called for service (a mouse/rat got into the garage/downstairs.) AMPM came out on July 3rd 2020 and spent a couple hours at the house, bill was $463. The tenant forwarded the bill to me via email, I made a mental note to pay it after the holiday weekend. Then I started getting texts beginning the morning of July 4th. The person texting me refuses to identify themselves and will not tell me their name. They refuse to provide an invoice or bill showing what services were rendered/performed ("We not spending another second of our time on your account..."). As of now (July 6th, the first day after the holiday weekend) the person texting me has threatened to put a lien on the house once and has now threatened to send the bill to "200 collections agencies" four times. He has texted me as early as 5:44 am with creepy and threatening texts over the past two days. I have (or at least had?) every intention of paying, but I can say I've never experienced anything quite this unprofessional and rude before in my lifetime. To top it off, after I texted "Please do not ever text me again" this morning, whoever this person is continues to text me. Yikes.
