The staff treated us proffesionally. They explained the documents and transactions throughly. They answered my phone calls and questions in a timely manner. They made an otherwise difficult and laborious process seem very easy

I recently refinanced my property and had the pleasure of doing business with Michael. He walked me through each step of the process. I work from 8am- 6pm Monday through Friday and get home by 7pm. I prolonged the process because nobody was able to work around my schedule. Fortunately Michael met with me in the evening time and was able to do most of the work electronically, which is something I loved! Thanks again for everything, I will be sending you referrals soon!
