Outbound trip was perfectly executed. Inbound trip was also excellent even though we arrived late night at JAX after screw up in Dallas by the airline. Communications with drivers was excellent. Thanks again Wayne. See you next trip.

Wayne and his crew go above and beyond to take care of their customers and make sure they arrive on time and safely to their destination. Many companies have lost sight of customer service - NOT AIRPORT EXPRESS. I think they have the best customer service I have seen in years and great communication. Highly recommend for your next airport transportation to and from St. Augustine.

They did a perfect job of picking yes up at JAX & taking us to St. Augustine. Did the same for the return trip. And the pricing was very fair.

I have been using Wayne and airport express for several years now and they have always been on time and got me to the airport with no problems. The drivers have always been polite very pleasant and dealing with the owner has been a pleasure. We are very fortunate that we have found a company that we can always rely on. Airport Express is definitely a five star service.
