I have visited St. Augustine yearly for the past several years and I have been a repeat customer of Airport Express of St. Augustine for most of those years because of the great service they provide. They are reliable, always on time and the drivers are cheerful, polite and helpful. In addition, you can't beat the value! Initially I tried other car service companies with mixed feelings. Once I discovered Airport Express of St. Augustine, I was hooked and became a loyal customer.

Very professional, flexible and on time! I am the assistant to a CEO with an extremely hectic schedule, and Airport Express helps make my life easier! We will use them for ALL our transportation needs, and never use any other company! Airport Express is A++++

My wife and I had to leave the house at 3:15 am for a flight to Maine. Airport Express was on time and provided us a great service. The office personnel called to confirm as promised the evening before the pick up date. On the return flight there was a conformation call as well and the driver was prompt and extremely helpful and friendly. The vehicles were in great shape, clean and well cared for. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it to anyone. It was so much easier than driving and leaving a car in parking.

Airport Express picked me up exactly at the time agreed upon and proceeded to pick up two additional colleagues on the way to Jacksonville International. The Airport Express driver was both professional and friendly. The cost was less than three of us being reimbursed for mileage and parking during our weeklong trip. Airport Express dropped us off at Delta Ticketing and picked us at baggage claim, saving a long walk from and to airport parking. Great experience all around.

I called several other agencies for my ride to the airport. They all turned me down due to full schedules. I called Airport Express of St. Augustine and they were busy too, but promised to find a driver for me. Well they got me to the airport on time and my driver "Smoking Joe" a retired NJ State Trooper was awesome. The pickup time was early morning and Smoking Joe was there 15 minutes prior to departure. Smoking Joe went right to work gathering up our luggage and packing it in the van. The van was itself was pristine and comfortable. Highly recommended for your travel requirements A great company that prides itself on professionalism and excellent customer service. I will use them for all future transportation requirements!!!

Airport Express is an excellent choice. I use them on a regular basis to drive me back/forth to the airport. The drivers usually provide a cold bottle of water and their car is always clean. I recommend them for all around great service .

They were on time, incredibly friendly and conversational. When I said I was tired since it was early the driver simply turned down the radio and let me sleep. Would absolutely use them again for future transportation.
