The shuttle was on time. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. He follow-up to make sure that I received an electronic copy of my charges for business purposes. A great "no hassle" way to get to the airport. Thank you!

I have used these guys several times to and from the airport, and I would not consider using anyone else. Always on time, friendly, respectful, and if you're looking for knowledgeable sports talk, Andy is definitely your man :-)

I use Airport Express regularly. They have never been late in picking me up from the house or the airport. I say if you need a ride, choose Airport Express.

Wayne, Joan, and all of the drivers with Airport Express are professional, timely and efficient. They always make sure I make it on time and are always there when I come back from a trip. They have become part of my family and I would NOT give my business to anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best. They do things right! Give them a call!

I booked a round trip pickup from JAX in September. Both ways I was called and confirmed. The pick-ups were on time and scheduled perfectly. The morning of my departure I was picked-up, so that I had enough time to get to the airport with out being put under pressure. Booth drivers were pleasant and attentive. I am very happy I found this company. II will certainly be a repeat customer and tell my friends.

Joe picked my daughter up from school on time Friday night and got her to the train station in plenty of time. She received a text message from Amtrak that her train was delayed an hour. Joe stayed with her so that she wouldn't have to sit in the dark by herself for 2 hours. I'm glad there are still honest, thoughtful, caring people in the world. I will only use Airport Express of St. Augustine from now on and will refer them to everyone I know that's needs transfers in the area. Thanks again Joe and Airport Express!
