Excellent service, on-time, professional, and courteous drivers. I use Wayne's company any time I need to fly for business for longer term stays out of town to avoid the cost and nuisance of leaving my car in the airport lot. Always on time, even when I-95 northbound was completely shut down for a traffic accident. Completely alleviates the stress of transportation.

We use Wayne's service several times per year when we need to fly out of, or being picked up from JAX airport. He is always reliable, timely and courteous. His drivers are all of a similar mind set as Wayne himself is and will do whatever is necessary to get you to and from your destinations in a timely manner.

Wayne & Joan run a wonderful business! We vacation in St. Augustine a few times a year and always use Airport Express of St. Augustine to get us to/from the Jacksonville Airport. They're very responsive and always call to follow-up when you make a reservation. They also call (at a time requested by you) to confirm your pick up time. The drivers are always friendly and on-time. The cars/vans are clean and based on the baggage information you give them - they bring the right size vehicle! Would recommend this to anyone traveling in the areas they cover!

arriving at midnight it was such a pleasure to meet our cheerful and pleasant driver. As our tour guide in the dark he helped us see things we wouldn't have seen! We would certainly use this service again!

I am a travel agent and use Airport Express for all my airport transportation (groups or individual clients) on a regular basis! They are the best, always on time, all experienced courteous drivers and the price is right! When returning home after a long overseas flight, Airport Express is right there at the baggage area waiting for you and assisting with luggage, loading it in the van, having water and candy for the passengers.
