A bit on the expensive side but still cheaper than other services. They were waiting for me when I got to the baggage claim area and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Drivers to and from the airport were punctual, efficient (helpful), sufficiently sociable, careful drivers. Mark was extremely conscientious ... impressive manners for a young man in today's world. I appreciate the confirmation calls, the smooth ride, observance of the speed limit and encouragement to me, personally, when I felt anxious. Always a pleasure to ride with Airport Express!!!

What an incredible service Airport Express of St. Augustine has been to us! The owners, Joan and Wayne are so kind, knowledgeable and professional and their staff of drivers has been excellent over these last 3 years that different members of our family have used them to and from the Jacksonville and Daytona airports! We had complete confidence and trust in them as our daughter used the service many times. Thank you AIrport Express for making safe and convenient travel possible for our daughter!!

Airport Express was very helpful when we flew to St. Augustine to visit family . The drivers were very friendly, helpful and careful, and the mini-vans were clean and comfortable. It was a great help to us to be delivered and picked up door to door with our suitcases. We would definitely use their great service again, Cindy W.

Wow what a great experience. Much better than driving yourself and trying to find parking. Driver was excellent! He was on time and helpful. He was a delightful conversationalist. Airport Express is very reasonable and the best value for your money when requiring transportation! I researched them all before selecting this company. Their office staff is very helpful and go out of their way to provide you with a service even on short notice. I am so pleased with their service, I'd give them a 10!

At the last minute needed a 12:48 am pick up from the Jacksonville Airport to Crescent Beach in St Augustine for our kids from Utah via Atlanta. They worked to find a driver and, even after another delay, arrived at their destination at 3:00 am. Thanks to everyone involved. They are the best.

Recently, I had the pleasure of taking the St. Augustine Airport Express. Inc. shuttle from the Orlando airport to St. Augustine and back for a 3 day science meeting. In every aspect this was a very enjoyable 2 hour trip. They set up my reservation efficiently, gave me detailed instructions on how to contact the driver at the airport, expertly avoided the congested road conditions and engaged in delightful conversation. I highly recommend this airport service!
