Very pleased with the outstanding service provided. We really appreciated the office manager calling us a day before scheduled pickup to and from the airport. This made our trip to St. Augustine worry free. We highly recommend this airport shuttle company.

This is the first time I’ve used this service to travel to the airport and it definitely won’t be the last. The communication was very good, the driver arrived on time, the car was super clean. My driver, Norm, was super friendly and hope to see him again the next time I book with Airport Express.

This company picked up three groups of people for me for a week/weekend party all at different arrival and departure times . Everything was perfect and extremely well-coordinated and especially timely. Would recommend highly. Excellent service and Wayne was a pleasure to deal with.

What can I say? Other than if you need a safe, secure and timely ride, call Airport Express! The Owner is very responsive, professional, dedicated and may also be one of the nicest people I have ever talked to or done business with! I had paid for another service in St. Aug but never received a confirmation and no one answered the phone when I called 2 days in a row, so I hopped on google and gave Airport Express a call. The owner answered my call while he was cooking dinner, told me he would call me back in an hour, called back in less than an hour and had me all setup in no time. Driver called me 15 mins ahead of time, was 5 mins early and a delight. Will be using them, and only them, when I fly into JAX again!

On a recent trip to St. Augustine for a wedding I needed a car service from Jacksonville airport to St. Augustine. I contacted Airport Express of St Augustine and from the first phone call with Wayne I knew right there this is who I was going to use. Our driver was on time, waiting for us and we enjoyed his conversation and knowledge of the area and his professionalism. When I called Wayne a few days later asking if we could be picked up earlier for our flight home because I stress not because his pick up time was not appropriate he accommodated me and of course the driver was on time and again our return trip was smooth, safe and priced competitively. If you need transportation to St. Augustine I highly recommend Airport Express of St Augustine.
