My driver got in touch with me the moment I got off my plane, and we coordinated a meetup location just outside of the baggage claim. I'm grateful to his help in getting me to my location and helping with my luggage even though it was a very rainy day when I arrived!

Outstanding! If I could give this company a 10, I would. Everything from booking my reservation to dropping me back at the airport for my return flight was easy and flawless. Customer Service was superb and personal. I'm from the Midwest so I asked the driver several questions and it was a bonus to learn so many fun facts about Florida and St. Augustine. I will definitely be calling Airport Express on my next trip to Sunny Florida. They really take great care of their Customers.
