Excellent service for our trip from Jacksonville airport to St Augustine. Excellent communication to confirm booking and pick-up times/location. Both Wayne and Norm were very helpful with recommendations for sight-seeing and restaurants. We will definitely use this service in the future!

Great experience with airport express. Can’t say enough good things. Timely and efficient out r driver Norman was fantastic. He communicated and confirmed his timing on a few occasions that made me feel much more relaxed about getting to the airport. Wayne, who I booked the transportation with, was very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

After having to cancel a trip numerous times Airport Express was always there for me. Didn't matter what time of day or night Wayne and his crew were ready to book our trip to the airport. Norm our driver was exceptional. Very personable, professional and took road and Covid safety very seriously. I highly recommend them for any trip, airport or otherwise. Extremely dependable with exceptional service.
