The business owner is very PROFESSIONAL .. easy to book my trip pick up places and times..the driver and his car was fabulous... would absolutely recommend St. Augustine Express...was also recommended by the Inn I stayed in...!!

Airport Express transported myself and my grandson round trip to the airport. Our trip was very comfortable and care free after a long day of travel. The car was clean and very comfortable. Our driver was right on time, gave me a reminder call the day before and he did a great job at a high traffic time through Jacksonville.

Wayne and the Driving Team at Airport Express provide excellent customer service and safe transit for my family. Always reliable for us on our St. Augustine <-> Jacksonville Airport trips, Wayne always checks in the day before, and when flight delays happen, his team handles them with aplomb. I highly recommend Airport Express as a safe, reliable way to get from Point A to Point B!

Visiting St-Aug from NYC and my normal ride to the airport suddenly fell through. One call got me back on track. These guys took my flight info and made sure I was there in time without having to rush.

Professsional, prompt. Confirmed in advance, gave clear instructions. Drivers were both pleasant and safe and knew the area well. It was great to start and end our trip relaxed. Reasonably priced and well worth it!

Airport Express is the best! We always call them for our airport transportation. They arrive early, get us to the airport on time, and are a pleasure to work with every time! We have been using this service for a long time and Wayne always treats us like VIP’s! ;)
