Person who showed up to give an estimate made a rude comment. After he took pictures and took a look of our pool. Told us he was going to his vehicle to write up an estimate. My mom who is disable was brought out in her walker to wait for him to speak to him about this estimate. After 10 min, my sister-in-law went out to see how much longer. No vehicle, left without a word. While we thought all this time he was in his vehicle. In the mean while, my mom waiting patiently outside the doorway. Very unprofessional and rude for a business. I don't even think 1 star is good enough for this company....but its required so be it.
