My 9 years old daughter and I receive acupuncture treatment from Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi and I cannot express how much it has impacted our lives in such a positive way. They listen and provide attentive care to our issues. They help us to cultivate an awareness with our bodies that we carry with us long after treatments. My 9 years old daughter was concerned about the "needles" but Dr. Choi's approach with children is to empower them to become part of the healing process. Dr. Kim really gets to the bottom of the problem and the way she treats the root and cause rather than symptoms. They are the best acupuncturist I have ever met. I have complete trust in anything she suggest and the way I feel following a session is simply priceless. I highly recommend AcuBay Clinic!

I found it was impossible to lose the weight, and have been done all the weight loss program, products; supplements, pills and pretty much everything. I started dieting and took up exercise and although weight was coming off – it was slow and my stomach did not seem to be budging. My girlfriend, She has always been a proponent for acupuncture and goes weekly at AcuBay Clinic. Luckily, I saw Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi and I started coming three times a week at first few weeks, then two now once a week. They personalized all the treatments along with herbs and diet & nutrition coach. I have lost 20 pounds and went from a size 16-18 to a size 8-10! I am very happy and delight. Whenever I go see them, I feel calm and energetic. It's such a pleasure to get treatment from mother and daughter team- Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi. I have more energy and now and I highly recommend AcuBay Clinic to get rid of that fat!

I recommend AcuBay Clinic highly. I had acupuncture treatment here alongside my first round of IVF which was successful, then when I made the decision to try for another child with a frozen embryo transfer a few years on, my first priority was to book in with Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi again. They have such a broad knowledge and understanding of gynecology and fertility issues and made the whole experience less overwhelming. They spent time ensuring that I understood all of the processes that were taking place and listened to my concerns and feelings. My treatment was personalized and made the whole IVF process feel easy and calm. The fantastic support I received from AcuBay clinic is incomparable to anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I was skeptical about acupuncture before I attended the clinic but now I would never ever doubt the positive impact that my treatment had on my IVF success and on my mental state throughout the process. It supported me to bring my wonderful son into the world and I am now expecting another baby. To anyone who is considering fertility treatment, I would always recommend that booking in at AcuBay clinic be at the top of their priority list.

I was recommended to AcuBay Clinic by a work colleague about a year before I got the courage to go see them. It wasn’t until one morning when I couldn’t get out of bed after suffering from a chronic back and neck injury since my teens and my improvement was significant in my first visit. From there I have continued to improve not only with my back and neck injury but with addressing other issuing including tinnitus and digestion issues. I have recommended Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi to countless people including those closest to me, including my husband, my children and sisters. If you are looking to make any type of improvement with your well-being, I strongly recommend AcuBay Clinic.

The moment I met AcuBay Clinic I knew that I’d found the right practitioner. Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi are very likable, clearly knowledgeable and focussed very much on achieving the right outcomes. I'd been troubled by sciatica for a few months prior to seeing them. Within a few sessions they had it sorted. You can tell a lot about a person by the "way" they treat you; the way they communicate. They are just a breath of fresh air. They really do care about their works and those they serve.

I went to AcuBay Clinic to help my son who had a number of mild to moderate issues relate to Autism (Autistic Spectrum Disorder). Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi use both a non-invasive method using a laser acupuncture and also some fine and gentle needles. We needed to clear his blocked ears, which if they go too far would mean a doctor would recommend grommets. We also wanted to calm his central nervous system, keep his mind sharp and alert, balance his emotions, reduce his fears and improve his energy levels. My son was calm through the whole process and was not concerned about the needles and Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi are brilliant with children. The next day he was in great spirits, very helpful, alert and that bit more socially aware. He said himself he felt better than he had for a long time. His hearing is now restored after clearing his blocked ear. Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi know a series of very special acupuncture points for helping children on the Autistic spectrum, I would recommend any parent to try this method. We will be continued to coming to AcuBay Clinic regularly moving forward to continue this support for our son, as it already shows benefit to him alongside other interventions we do at home on an ongoing basis.

After suffering from anxiety and undetected depression for sometimes, I knew I needed to rebalance myself. I wanted to try everything I could before taking medication which seemed to be the only answer when speaking to anyone in the western medical profession. AcuBay Clinic was recommended and I knew that their practice which incorporates not just TCM, would rebalance me in readiness to tackle the next phase of my life and to be a calmer more grounded person. After the first session the feeling and weight of that elephant sitting on my chest had disappeared. I felt calmer and less on the edge of my emotions, without the constant feeling of bursting into tears. My husband also noticed the instant change in me and the positive benefits it had. So that he also started acupuncture sessions by the time I had my next session. I've been seeing Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi for almost a year now and notice how much they have helped me feel like me again. I can't recommend AcuBay Clinic enough.

Dealing with a recurring digestive condition that led me to consult with a number of physicians, including a gastroenterologist, I came away from all the diagnostic tests and attempted interventions with absolutely no improvement in my condition, which seriously compromised my quality of life. Reaching out to Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi's help was a game changer. They listened carefully to my description of the problems I was dealing with and inquired about my medical history, diet and other lifestyle issues, after which they prescribed an herbal granular product that was compounded to specifically personalized my medical needs. Dr. Kim also made a number of recommendations for dietary changes, which were fairly easy to implement. After taking the granules for a few weeks and adjusting my diet accordingly, Dr. Choi reached out to me for feedback concerning my condition and she was able to tweak the formula to improve its efficacy, allowing for a significant improvement in my digestive tract function. Using their diagnostic skills, knowledge about traditional Western Medicine, and in-depth proficiency in their field of Eastern Medicine and herbal compounding, they were able to accomplish what no other medical practitioners could. I am very fortunate to have AcuBay Clinic as my practitioner.

I went to see Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi referred by one of my friend (just got their first baby from AcuBay fertility program) for fertility acupuncture. When looking around I felt a very good vibe from both. I explained to Dr. Choi that I have a fear of needles and she was very understanding and put me at ease. When I arrived for my first consultation and session Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi were wonderful. They were kind, caring and made the whole process a very relaxing one, they listened to all my concerns and put my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend AcuBay Clinic to anyone. If you have a fear of needles, don’t panic because you don’t really feel them. I have never found anything so relaxing before. I slept better and my body's doing a lot better day by day. I met with Dr. Kim and Dr. Choi through a friend and in retrospect it was the best thing I could have done. Almost from the first minutes of treatment I felt my body responding to the stimuli. This feeling of wellbeing and increased energy continued and multiplied at each successive session, at the age of 84, in wonderment that the secrets of a medical treatment discovered and developed in the distant past can be just as effective today.
