09/21/2016: The garage door spring broke. I discovered it upon returning home and the door would not go up. Very professional and friendly on the phone when scheduling, and the technician was great! This is my second experience with A1A and I can't say enough nice things about this company! In both instances they were quick to get to my house and the technician was super friendly! I will definitely use this company to replace my entire door!

05/16/2016: Jake installed a new motor several months ago. This call was because the tension wire was loose on the left side. It turns out that the door also needed to be reinforced in the center. Jake and I discussed the longevity for the door. We'll need a new door soon, but we don't need one yet - which means we will have time to budget for the new door. This was a great relief! Jake was professional and knowledgable. He explained the problem and the solution clearly. He was polite and professional.

05/16/2016: Very professional. He explained the terms of service very clearly before any work commenced. Quickly diagnosed the problem and effected repairs. The light sockets on the motor stopped working. No lights would come on. Quick response; quick repairs. Very fair price as well.

11/10/2015: Owner installed a garage door and later removed the door and placed a lien against my property for non-payment. I filed a police report after speaking with the neighbors who claimed to have viewed the installer actually later removing the door. This is obviously, a crime and the owner denies doing it of course and will not remove the lien. Beware of A1A and do not consider for any services.
