A+D1 sports training facility is designed and owned by Super Bowl winning cornerback Aqib Talib. Aqib was apart of one the best secondaries in the NFL while in Denver the #NoFlyZone and brings years of professional experience and training to this new facility. A+D1 is premier facility offering world class training for the entire family at various age groups and sports. Traning programs include, scholastic, rookie, developmental, prep, college, pro, and family. You can also rent the facililty as well as join the weekly yoga, bootcamp, and strength training classes.

Staff is great!!! Trainers are awesome!!! Very inspiring atmosphere!! My son trains with the Developmental and Prep classes and coaches BJ, Brett, and Rod are doing a tremendous job with him. He looks forward to the workouts and has nothing but respect for these guys...as do I. Keep up the great work!!! Special thanks to the Talib family for building this place!!

This facility is top notch. I have visited this place numerous times and seen first hand the quality of the classes, facility, and the personnel. This is an awesome place to train no matter the age. Not to mention you just never know who you may run into. Just last week Emmitt Smith retired HOF running back of the Dallas Cowboys was at the facility.
