Maybe I’m a tough customer, but I feel the quality of the shirts has gone down hill a little bit. Something with the front of the collar has been especially bad. Citrus or stratus, both wrinkle within minutes. My big neck, big chest, slimmer waist makes it tough to get a standard shirt from y’all and avoid alterations. I’ve since moved on to custom pilot shirts. Last note, why not offer discounts? I’d have ordered 6 shirts at a time if you held bi-yearly Discounts or something. Take all the other companies tho, and I’d put y’all at the top spot.

While I really like the Tropo fabric and the cut of the shirt, the shirts were not consistent in sizing. The collar of one was smaller than that of the other. Also, the button holes were a bit small for the buttons in the first two shirts that I ordered. The second pair was easier to button but the buttons in the belly area frequently came undone whilst sitting. Overall I really liked the Tropo fabric and how it didn't require ironing, but there was significant pilling around the top of the pockets and the waist area after a year of wear.

The shirts offered are a household favorite. My husband loves the features of the men's shirts, especially the neck lining. I like that the women's shirts are tailored to a woman's body. They look sharp. The tropo fabric is very comfortable, wrinkle free and a slight stretch.

Shipping was comparatively expensive but that is my only complaint. The quality of the shirts are the best pilot uniform shirts I have ever used.

I love the shirts, I just don’t love the giant buttons that have replaced the normal sized buttons.
